What a place. Love this area.
Labor day seems like it snuck up on us this year. We never seem like we spend enough time up here and this year worse than most – but we are here now. The town (and camp) seems to have survived Irene well enough.
Tomorrow brings bike rides, kayaks and walks around town. Friday looks like the pick day with chances of thundershowers increasing to a likelihood by Sunday. So Chuck Wild’s Lullaby for Grownups plays in the background, filling the room with a certain peace that combined with this location, and company, defines contentment.
Wish you were here.
